Menopause Supplements

You can use my code 3205951 where it asks for the practitioner number when registering and you’ll get €5 off your first order.  You won’t need all these supplements just choose the ones that will support the areas you need help with.

If you are taking any medication or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor before starting any new supplement regime.

Mega Mag Fem Balance

This is my absolutely favourite supplement for female hormone balance.  It contains myo inositol and magnesium glycinate to support blood sugar control and also B vitamins to support energy.  If you’ve been in any of my groups you know I love mixing this with kefir to make an orange probiotic drink that tastes just like and Actimel!

Menopause is a time where we can feel so overwhelmed and we need something to hep support our resilience to stress.  This supplement contains a blend calming herbs that I spoke about during the presentation to help reduce the stress hormones but at the same time it contains ginseng to support energy.  I recommend 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

Milk Thistle Complex

Some indications that your liver may need support are easily intoxicated by alcohol, bad hangovers, bed PMS, frequent headaches and in Chinese medicine having a short fuse, feeling hot and waking up at night are classic liver symptoms.  You can also have a look at the oestradiol on your blood results and see if that at the higher end of the normal ranges, which means your body could be struggling to clear oestrogen.

Strong Digestive Enzyme

For anyone who feels like their digestion has slowed down or if you are suffering from bloating or constipation this is a great supplement.  It is not suitable for gastritis or ulcers though so just to be aware!

If you implement my strageties but are still suffering from hot flushes you can try the Menohop which contains phyto-oestrogens that relieve these types of symptoms by very gently acting on the oestrogen receptors/.
