There are various ways to work with me depending on what level of support you need. One to one packages will give you more personal interaction and support where I can take a full case history and give you personalised recommendations based on what I feel might be impacting your fertility.
Clarity Session
This is a once off clarity session where I will overview your full fertility journey. My detailed questionnaire will give me information on your hormones, your gut health, your immune system, medical history as well as your diet and lifestyle. You will get a clear plan of action after an in depth 90-120 minute session. If you would like to continue working with me after this session the consultation price can be deducted from your chosen package below.
4 Month Package
This package includes 4 consultations over Zoom or in my clinic in Galway. We will work closely together for 4 months where we’ll focus on balancing hormones, optimising egg and sperm quality and supporting the mothers health ahead of pregnancy. If I suspect that one particular area of health might be impacting your chances of conceiving, I may recommend further testing and I will assist you in interpreting these results but they are not included in the price of this package. To give you an example – vaginal microbiome testing, gut infection testing (if IBS is present) or further investigations for endometriosis. The aim of this package is to give you answers in relation to why you have not been able to get pregnant. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to ensure they are in the best health possible to promote natural conception or in preparation for IVF.
Microbiome Package
My most comprehensive package. This package includes a microbiome test worth €295 and 4 consultations over Zoom or in my clinic in Galway. We will work closely together for 4 months with a special emphasis on creating a suitable environment for pregnancy. We will also focus on balancing hormones, and optimising egg quality. This program is perfect for anyone preparing for IVF to maximise success or equally anyone trying to get more answers in relation to why they’ve not been able to get or stay pregnant.

FET Package
This package is suitable for those who already have healthy embryos banked and would like to focus on optimising the internal environment to give themselves the best chance possible of a successful frozen egg transfer. This package includes a microbiome test worth €295 and 2 consultations over Zoom as well as email support.
