Work with me

This will give you more personal interaction with Niamh where she will take a full case history and give you personalised recommendations based on what she feels may be impacting your fertility in an in depth initial 90 minute session. 

You will work closely with Niamh optimising egg and sperm health with the highest emphasis being placed on optimising the mothers internal environment.  If she suspects that one particular area of health may be impacting your chances of conceiving, she may recommend further testing and she will assist you interpreting these results and optimising your health.  To give you an example – poor vaginal microbiome health may impact implantation and also increase miscarriage risk.  For more complex health issues like long term IBS, fibromyalgia, auto immune conditions, recurring miscarriages or absent period we recommend working with Niamh for 6 months.
